I have been practising massage since 2006 and am qualified in Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage including Indian Head Massage for Elderly/Palliative Care,  No Hands Massage, Sports Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage and Reiki.  I have attended one day Advanced Massage courses for Deep Tissue Massage Techniques, Postural Assessment, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Vertical Reflexology Therapy.  In April 2013 I became a Reiki Master Teacher and in November 2015 I became a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. I trained to be a Chakra Course Instructor and Meditation Teacher during 2014. I trained in Precision Reflexology in 2016 and Visual Reflexology in 2017.  In July and August 2019 I recently undertook training in EFT/Matrix Reimprinting.

Continuing Professional Development - I regularly attend courses to keep up to date and enhance the wonderful skills I have learnt already.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

I hold a current First Aid certificate.

I am insured with Hiscox through the FHT.
