Helping people improve their emotional and physical wellbeing is something I am passionate about.  I really enjoy helping others achieve emotional freedom and helping transform their negative beliefs into positive ones to allow them to experience life with freedom and joy and have a positive impact on every aspect of their life.

I provide a safe space that allows people to be themselves with no judgement either from me or themselves.  I help people to feel whole and free.  I nurture and support people and empower them to release the past and believe in themselves.

I offer Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki® training at all levels and Raising Your Vibration™ courses allowing you journey through the chakras. .
